Milk Chocolate, Fruit & Nut
Our signature blend and best selling all-rounder named for the historic and beautiful flour mill we roast our beans in. A smooth, well balanced cup will a sweet acidity and chocolate aftertaste, deep fruit notes and silky mouth feel.
Papua New Guinea Arokara
Dark Chocolate, Orange, White Wine
From the Arokara cooperative in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is graded AA and stands out from the rest. This coffee is revered for the interesting acidity and high variety, an incredible cup that has to be tasted.
Colombia Acevedo Select
Toffee, Caramel & Nut
A round and complex cup with pronounced and velvety sweetness and a soft, delicate acidity. Tasting notes of toffee and caramel with a nutty aroma. A select bean from the Huila region, grown at 1300 to 1700 masl. Washed and patio dried.
